Giving Back
At Howard's Gun Shop, we care about the people in our community. Several times a year, we take the opportunity to support local organizations and help raise funds or awareness for worthwhile causes. Ranging from the 4-H shooting sports club, Unity Christian Academy or the local children’s hospital, we are happy to support!
NFA Class 3 Dealer
A firearm transfer is the legal process of selling a gun to someone else. In the state of North Carolina, a Firearm Transfer is required for someone to make such a transaction.

Customers living out of State who wish to purchase a firearm from us are required to make an FFL Transfer. A background check is conducted to ensure the customer is not legally prohibited from purchasing a firearm.

Howard’s Gun Shop is an NFA Class 3 Dealer and can assist customers with the transfer process.
Transfer Fees:
$25 for handgun
$25 long gun
$75 NFA transfers
