SHIPPING POLICY

At Howard's Gun Shop, we take pride in our unmatched customer service. We strive to deliver efficient shipping methods, secure packaging, and transparent costs. Our commitment to putting our customers first is reflected in our shipping policy.

Firearms:

Firearms can only be shipped to a licensed firearm dealer. We must have a valid, up-to-date copy of the receiving dealer's FFL license before the firearm can be shipped. Handguns must be shipped USPS Priority Mail, UPS 2nd Day Air, or FedEx Express. 

 

NFA items:

NFA items can only be shipped to a licensed firearm dealer. We must have a valid, up-to-date copy of the receiving dealer's FFL license along with a copy of their current SOT paperwork. These items must also be transferred through the ATF and approved before shipping. 

 

Other Non-Regulated Items:

Items not regulated by the ATF will be shipped as soon as possible. Shipping times vary, but we do our very best to have items shipped out the next day. Occasionally it could be 2–3 days.

 

Shipping Cost:

Shipping costs vary per item shipped (weight, size of box, destination, insurance, etc.). This is why we prefer to contact the purchaser directly, so that we can determine the best shipping method and get you the best shipping rate possible.

RETURN POLICY

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. At Howard's Gun Shop, we offer a straightforward return policy to provide our customers with peace of mind. If you are dissatisfied with a purchase or have changed your mind, our team is here to assist you in the process according to the terms below.
 

Returns:

Firearms and NFA items are non-refundable. However, if there is an issue with a firearm, we will be glad to check it for any issues and assist you with returning it to the manufacturer for repairs if necessary. If you are unhappy with a firearm that you purchased, we are happy to assist you with the sale of the firearm.

 

Non-Regulated Items:

If there is a defect with the item purchased, please contact us and we will assist in any way we can to make it right. Refunds are at the store owner's discretion.
